My High School Experience

During high school, I always hope to achieve the best, but I may find myself running into struggles along the way. I, like many others faced struggles in high school, but also have experienced success. During my high school experience I have encountered academic struggles, accomplishments, and aspirations.

During my high school experience I have encountered academic struggles. One example of this would be my bad study habits. I sometimes find it difficult to study for  classes because I feel that if I already know the material, why should I study. Another example would be procrastination. Rather than studying for a quiz or test two or three days in advance, i find myself studying the day before the test. A third example would be my success on Physical Science tests. I find that the grades that I get on the test are not usually what i hope they are, although I have tried hard to understand the material.

Through my high school experience I have also encountered academic success. One example of this would be my report card. I usually get A's and B's, which I think is a good report card. Another example would be my knowledge in Math. I perform well in math and I understand the material well. How I know this is when I take the tests I find that I get A's and B's. I also am good in History. I also understand the material that is being taught and I usually get A's on the tests and quizzes.

I also have academic aspirations set for the rest of my high school experience. One aspiration would be trying to get all A's on my report card. I can achieve this through hard work and staying organized. Another aspiration would be to improve on my study habits. By improving my study habits, I will be able to understand material better for my classes. A third aspiration is to achieve a high GPA. A good GPA could get me into a good college.

During my high school experience i have witnessed academic struggles, accomplishments, and aspirations. My academic struggles are just obstacles in the way that I can overcome as time progresses. My academic accomplishments are good, but I feel that I can improve to become even better in school. Lastly, my aspirations can be accomplished if I truly work to improve myself to become the best I can be.

My Voice On Bullying

There are many reasons why people bully others. I believe the biggest reason people bully others are to take away confidence. Bullies try to take away confidence to make someone feel as if they are worth nothing or no one cares for them. Some examples of how they do this is calling others names or telling false accusations about someone. They also bully online. They post things online that are cruel. The worst part of being bullied is that the victim goes to extremes because of being bullied and kills himself/herself or they do harmful actions to themselves.
I think someone would be more likely to take a stand on bullying in real life because more people can get involved and several different events or programs can be held to speak out against bullying. Some examples of this would be going to schools and raising awareness about bullying or organizing some kind of rally against bullying. These kinds of actions could help others take a stand against bullying and lead to further action to support a stand against bullying. This could possibly lower bullying and stop the cruel violence known as bullying.
If I witnessed someone being bullied, I would immediately inform an adult or if there is no adult, I would try to stop it myself. Bringing an adult would immediately stop whatever action was occurring. An adult can contribute to whatever type of bullying is going on. This is what I would do if I witnessed someone being bullied.

Taking From Others

I believe it is not right for people to take items that do not belong to them. I feel if someone were to find twenty dollars on the floor and not ask anyone if it belongs to them, it is not acceptable. If that person were to actually ask if the twenty dollar bill belonged to anyone and no one claimed it, then they can have the money. The idea I am trying to inform people is that stealing is not acceptable. If someone were to think that taking something without permission is acceptable, they have made a big mistake. In order for someone to take something that does not belong to them, they must first ask the person who owns it or if there is no owner, they should ask others around them if they know to who the dollar belong to.
I think it would be right to take things away from people who take things that do not belong to them. I would only go along with this idea if the person took the item in a manner of stealing. In this case, the person would know who the item belongs to or do not want to ask others around them to who the item belongs to and take it anyways. If they asked before they took the item, then it would be acceptable. This is what my opinion is on taking items from others.
